Antibes tasting tour & Musée Picasso
We propose you to discover the quaint harbor town of Antibes.
The first town was founded by the Greeks. For a long time Antibes was the only town between Marseille and Italy.
You will start by a walking tour of the old town and its Provencal market. This visit through the small streets will enable you to become familiar with this old fortified city and the famous characters who once lived there or passed by: G. de Maupassant, V. Hugo, J. Verne and so on.
On the way you will discover how to play petanque and will taste olive oil.
To finish, we propose a visit the fabulous Picasso Museum housed in the XIII-XVI century Grimaldi castle which today houses one of the world’s finest collections of the artist. Picasso, enthusiastic, worked at the castle and created numerous works, drawings and paintings.
